Here is a link to a very intelligent and well thought out article that provides a credible explanation of our President's policies, actions and viewpoints since taking office nearly 18 months ago. Although most of his policies and decisions have struck me as illogical, misguided, and, to put it bluntly, idiotic, Rabinowitz' article sheds some light on this mystery.
